Direct visibility

Read-only access to the SPV’s online banking.

In addition to quarterly reporting, investors in an SPV company may request individual read-only access to the SPV company's online banking at its bank. This access provides real-time visibility into incoming rent payments, scheduled payments on Danish mortgage credit loans, and changes in the company's liquidity.

Access is strictly read-only. Investors cannot transact on accounts, approve payments, or change master data. Access is established through the bank's standard authorization module and is individual to each investor. It is the most direct visibility investors can have into the company in which they own equity interests, and reflects the standard of transparency we aim to set.
