Access is established once a capital contribution to an SPV company has been recorded. Existing investors can use the portal address investor.nordicestates.dk. Technical questions should be directed to the company’s investor relations function.

As a distinctive feature of Nordic Estates, investors in an SPV company may request individual read-only access to the SPV company’s online banking at its bank. Access is strictly observational: investors can monitor incoming rent payments, scheduled payments on Danish mortgage credit loans, operating transactions, and changes in liquidity in real time, but cannot transact on accounts, approve payments, or change master data.

Read-only access is established through the bank’s standard authorization module and is individual to each investor. It complements quarterly reporting with direct, unfiltered insight into the SPV company’s cash flows and reflects the standard of transparency we aim to establish in the relationship between manager and investor.
