Sustainability risks
Sustainability risks, including climate-related physical and transition risks, are assessed as an integral part of the Company's risk management. This assessment forms part of technical due diligence and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
The Company does not consider these risks, in isolation, to have a material adverse impact on expected returns for the property types and geographic areas within its investment mandate. These risks are nevertheless actively managed through operating decisions and maintenance.
Governance and reporting
ESG-related information is included in the Company's internal reporting to the Board of Directors and ongoing reporting to investors. The policy is maintained by the compliance function and reviewed at least annually.
