Investor relations
Investor relations covers the entire process, from the initial qualification discussion through due diligence and capital calls to ongoing reporting and communication throughout the SPV’s life.
A structured process from initial discussions to ongoing reporting.
Investors formally own the equity interests in the property-owning SPVs. Ownership is documented in the register of shareholders and the relevant ownership registers maintained by the Danish Business Authority in accordance with applicable rules. Nordic Estates provides professional management. Investor relationships are formalized and documented. Each phase has a defined scope, responsible party, and documentation, allowing investors, advisers, and auditors to follow the process without uncertainty about upcoming steps or obligations.
The company serves qualified private investors, family offices, and smaller institutional partners seeking conservatively managed, long-term exposure to commercial real estate in Greater Copenhagen.

Read-only access to the SPV’s online banking.
As a distinguishing feature of Nordic Estates, investors in an SPV may request individual read-only access to the SPV’s online banking with its bank. Access is strictly read-only and provides real-time insight into incoming rent payments, scheduled payments on Danish mortgage credit loans, operating transactions, and liquidity, without the ability to transact on accounts.
Access is established through the bank’s standard authorization module, is individual to each investor, and complements quarterly reporting with unmediated insight into the underlying cash flows. It is the most direct form of oversight an investor can obtain in the company in which they own equity interests.
Request investor materials or a qualification discussion.
Initial materials are sent after a brief discussion to align your profile and expectations. This is not a sales process, but a mutual assessment of whether our model fits the investor’s long-term objectives and parameters.
