Relationship with the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority
Nordic Estates Asset Management A/S is a registered alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) with the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority under FT23401. Registration means that the company operates within the framework established by the Danish Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act, including requirements for organization, documentation, and periodic reporting.
Registration does not mean that the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority conducts ongoing supervision of the company's activities or approves individual decisions. The company refers to the Authority's own register for the formal basis of its registration.
Independent insight for investors
In addition to the external audit, Nordic Estates offers investors in an SPV individual read-only access to the SPV's online banking. This access is strictly observational and allows investors to verify incoming rent payments, scheduled debt service payments, and cash movements directly with the bank on an ongoing basis, independently of the manager's reporting. It provides a separate layer of oversight in addition to audit, compliance, and risk functions.
