Conflicts of interest

The policy ensures that potential and actual conflicts of interest are identified, recorded, and managed without compromising the company’s duty to act on behalf of investors.
Section 01

Company-related
Conflicts between the manager and an SPV company or among multiple SPV companies.
Employee-related
Conflicts between an employee’s personal interests and the company’s obligations.
Transaction-related
Conflicts relating to a specific transaction, supplier, or counterparty.

Identified conflicts are recorded in the conflicts register and managed through a defined decision-making process, which may include notifying affected investors, organizational separation, or, where relevant, declining the transaction in question. The compliance function maintains the register and reports to the board quarterly.
