We focus on sound, income-producing properties in Copenhagen and the wider metropolitan area. Below is an overview of the types of assets we select on behalf of investors.
Property type
Residential and mixed residential/commercial properties. Primarily traditional perimeter-block and multistory buildings.
Location
Copenhagen, Frederiksberg, and the inner metropolitan area. Selected opportunities elsewhere on Zealand.
Size
Properties ranging from approximately 1,000 m² to 15,000 m². Individual assets or portfolios.
Investment case
Stable rental income, value-add potential, or development opportunities with a clear exit strategy.
